We offer Live & Instructor Led On-line Training. This course is taught by seasoned DE Underwriters and breaks down the FHA mortgage process in a sensible, upbeat and interactive way! There is a charge for this (if you know what it is let me know and I'll add it here!) Class will be held from 9 am - 4:10 pm at the Appalachian Technical College.
April 16 & 17 - FHA Mortgage Training in Georgia (LIVE) - Woodstock, GA - If you aren't currently doing FHA loans or need a refresher course, this is the course for you. We offer Live & Instructor Led On-line Training. This course is taught by seasoned DE Underwriters and breaks down the FHA mortgage process in a sensible, upbeat and interactive way! April 21 - Fair Housing Conference – Lincoln, NE - The conference will address numerous Fair Housing issues such as legal updates, diversity, disability modifications, immigration changes, foreclosures in Nebraska, and urban development and public housing.
