If you listen to the national news on the real estate market all you will hear is "The sky is falling". I'm here to say it's not falling here!
Nebraska ranked 39th in the nation last year (according to Realtytrac) and Nebraska foreclosures declined 12% in 2008.
Combine that with a ten month inventory of homes on the market and record low interest rates and what do you get?
The Nebraska real estate market is looking good! It's a great time to buy!
